Tech, Teach, and Transform are 3 items that I am passionate about.

My name is Kelsey Amaya and I am entering my 4th year teaching in Klein ISD, which is located in Texas. Each and every student matters to me and my goal is to make a positive impact and relationship in each of their lives through technology, teaching, and transforming.

Technology is a huge part of my life and the lives of my students. I am always trying to find new ways to keep students engaged while positively influencing their learning careers. My school is not 1:1, but we are lucky enough to have access to resources that foster the learning environment. Each student is unique and individually capable of all things great and finding new avenues to foster that learning is what my passion is about. I want to be a positive impact for students for the rest of their lives. I love seeing students grow throughout the year and succeed in all things. In my blog, I will be posting pictures and tips on what technology we are using in my classroom and how it is impacting students learning. I will also be posting flexible seating options that my students love since that aspect is a huge part to my classroom.
